Bags in the Indianapolis/Greenwood/Castleton area
can be picked up from the designer directly
or we can mail your order to you.
We prefer to ship our products via Priority Mail
to ensure you receive your item as quickly as possible
and to give you a free delivery confirmation/tracking number.
When ordering 2 or more purses, you may request Parcel Post shipping.
All Purse Party orders are shipped Parcel Post.
Each item is carefully and individually wrapped for quality protection.

1st item = $8.00
For 2 or more items = we will send you a shipping invoice once we know where we are shipping to and can determine the weight of the package.
Please contact us for an estimate on postage outside the U.S.
* Combined shipping can only be used
with items being shipped to a single address.
There is an $8.00 shipping fee for each item being sent to different addresses.
Insurance
Postal insurance can be purchased by choosing one of the buttons below and is strongly encouraged. We are NOT responsible for items that are 'lost' in transit that are not insured.

Payment Options
We ship immediately with Paypal transfers and USPS Money Orders.
When paying through Paypal, we prefer account transfer payments.
Credit card payments made through Paypal charge us a processing fee.
Using an account transfer or account balance will help us keep our products at a lower cost.
We will accept personal checks or e-checks with Paypal
but checks must clear before we can send your item to you.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee to cover our bank costs.
Concerns, Complaints, Returns, etc.
If you have a concern or complaint about an item you purchased or issues regarding our customer service, please contact us to discuss this issue.
We make a tremendous effort to assure our customers that we care about them and we want to do our best to make shopping with us an enjoyable and hassle-free experience.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns at this time.
If you purchased an item you are not happy with, please email or call us
as soon as possible and let us know in what way you are dissatisfied.
We will do what we can to resolve these issues but please note that
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
