Q:  How long will it take for me to receive my purse?
A: Purses ordered that are already made, such as Designer Originals and Basic Bags, will ship same day or within 1 business day.  Please allow 1 business day if you have us add an embellishment or personalization.  Pictures will take 1 business day from the time we receive them.  You should allow 1-2 weeks until shipping for Customer Inspired bags after final decisions are made to allow the designers adequate time to work on your creation.  Orders can be rushed for a fee.  Please note that during heavier shopping seasons (Mother's Day and Christmas especially) we may need 3-4 weeks to process your order.  We can give you an estimate at the time of your interest if you will contact us for that.

Q:  I need my purse as soon as possible, how much would it cost to rush my order? 
A: A rush order of 1 week costs an additional $5.00.  To rush your order in 3 days costs $15.00.
Rush orders receive free gift wrapping.

Q:  I want to add a picture to my purse but I don't have a scanner.  Can I still add a picture if I mail one to you?
A: YES!  We are equipped with scanners so if you provide us with a clear picture we can scan it and return your photo with your order.

We ship immediately with Paypal and USPS Money Orders.

We will accept personal checks but checks must clear
before we can send your item to you.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee to cover our bank costs.

If you have a concern or complaint about an item you purchased or issues regarding our customer service, please contact us to discuss this issue.
We make a tremendous effort to assure our customers that we care about them and we want to do our best to make shopping with us an enjoyable and hassle-free experience.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns at this time.
If you purchased an item you are not happy with, please email or call us
as soon as possible and let us know in what way you are dissatisfied.
We will do whatever we can to resolve these issues but please note that
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Alot of time, attention and detail goes into making your item so
we request that all customers make certain that they are satisfied
with their purse before purchasing it.

Product Guarantee & Warranty Information

We are happy to replace beadwork and jewels and can easily reattach appliques
and other embellishments for up to 6 months following your purchase.
You are responsible for all shipping costs.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for the replacement of other items damaged during normal wear.  Some items may loosen over time but we do our best to provide you with a quality product that can withstand the wallets and miscellanea that busy women of today carry.
Seams are triple stitched, beadwork is glued AND sewn, closures are sewn in for reinforcement and we take any other precautions necessary to make sure your purse lasts for a long time.

If an item has fallen off or needs repair but you are unsure as to whether we take care of it
or not, please contact us and let us know what needs to be fixed.
We can determine whether we can replace and/or fix the item.
