Payment Policy on Purses and Bags
All items must be paid for BEFORE they will be shipped - NO exceptions!
Customer inspired bags or special order basic bags will be made ONLY
after they have been paid for. We have, in the past, constructed purses for customers who then have backed out of the purchase, resulting in loss of material and labor-intensive time. We know you can appreciate why our payment policy has changed to require payment first.
If a customer selects items we feel they may not like once the materials are put together (for example: perhaps the colors are slightly off), we will contact you and share our designer concerns. We are very conscientious about the color matching selection and the overall look, as we want you to be as proud of your bag as we are. Your complete satisfaction in our product is our utmost concern.

There is an $8.00 shipping fee for each item being sent to different addresses.
Insurance
Postal insurance can be purchased by choosing one of the buttons below and is strongly encouraged. We are NOT responsible for items that are 'lost' in transit that are not insured.

We ship immediately with Paypal and USPS Money Orders.
We will accept personal checks but checks must clear
before we can send your item to you.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee to cover our bank costs.
